Korean UAS Delegation Visits Oklahoma to Explore Advanced Aviation Partnerships
Skydweller Aero participated in an important aerospace event last week as the Oklahoma Department of Commerce welcomed a Korean UAS delegation to the state. The visit highlighted Oklahoma’s growing leadership in unmanned systems, autonomy, and advanced aviation. It also strengthened the state’s ongoing work to build global partnerships.
During the visit, the delegation toured leading research centers focused on robotics, autonomy, and long-endurance UAS operations. These sessions created helpful conversations about technology needs, shared goals, and future opportunities. As a result, both groups gained useful insight into the next generation of unmanned aircraft systems.
The Korean UAS delegation also met with aerospace companies across the region. These meetings supported discussions about sensor development, flight testing, data integration, and workforce growth. Because the industry continues to expand, these exchanges will help shape long-term cooperation and support Oklahoma’s aviation ecosystem.
